After staining the slides, I viewed under the microscope and the results were so weird. What went wrong?! Will find out tomorrow.

Blue colour represents the nucleus of the cells, and the brown products represent HPV E6 activities

I don't feel so good. Have been moody the whole afternoon. The hot and humid weather is not helping. (A few typos as I typed this paragraph, i.e. whether, healping). Tomorrow is a new day!
