Massive jam on a Saturday. Many people seem to be wondering why. Answer: BERSIH rally in Dataran Merdeka to appeal to our monarch for a free and fair election. Police had road blocks to stop people from going into KL. More reports can be read in the following:
a) Jeff Ooi's blog
b) Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's blog
In contrast, this was what's reported by The Star online about today's traffic jam. "At press time, no reason was given for the closure." Really, news by the official media is no longer interesting to be read. Only a meagre 'Police disperse illegal assembly' news was released as at log time. Make sure you guys watch the video of a coverage by Al-Jazeera (from Datuk Seri Anwar's blog)! The reporter said :"This is democracy, Malaysia style". Very true.

PS: Am not trying to get more viewers to my blog. Merely trying to inform my readers about the real ongoings about our country. I've never heard of this rally until yesterday when a friend warned me not to go to KL for fear of trouble. Only then I looked for clues from The Star Online and saw that small piece of news about an illegal rally (thoroughly misreported as a keADILan rally). That is when I realised I'm thoroughly uninformed. It's high time we read real news from non-government controlled media.
